The addition of fragrant pink peppercorns to our Cornish Charcuterie salami adds a new dimension of warmth and aroma without the heat that is associated with black pepper. 

Vacuum packaged for freshness, these sliced packs make a perfect rustic edition to any picnic basket, hamper or charcuterie board. 

Sliced packs come in 50g packs and have a shelf life of 6-8 weeks prior to opening.
