This cheese is smoked over oak chips to give that full bodied smoky flavour. It has a 7/10 strength rating. Our cheddar is smoked over oak chips for a deep smoky flavour. Perfect to switch up your traditional cheese on toast. One of our most popular cheeses, which is lightly smoked in our smoker. It is smoked over oak chips giving the cheese a subtle taste of smoke. This cheese got it’s name from the tongue or leather flap found under the laces of boots and shoes. Smoking was originally developed as a way of preserving food, but is now a popular way of adding flavour to our already delicious cheese. We take our 150-day matured Clickers and delicately smoke it over oak chips to add a subtle smoked flavour.
