Strawberry & Rhubarb Jam
We use only British Strawberries and local rhubarb (often donated by kind neighbours) to make this all natural jam. We add some windfalls apple to help with the set. We don't use any artificial pectin, essence or flavourings or butter. Just the fruit, the whole fruit and nothing but the fruit. All batches are made by one person in a small pot. It's time consuming - a real labour of love. But we think you'll know that when you taste it. Taste of the West Award winner - Highly Recommended.
