This is not your average sweet chilli jam. Our Reaper Chilli Jam is a complex, savoury powerhouse designed for those who want serious heat backed by serious flavour. We’ve built a rich, dark base of Tomato Puree and Red Peppers, infused with the deep, smoky warmth of Chipotle Mash.

A Multi-Layered Burn

The heat is driven by the world-renowned Carolina Reaper, but the experience is rounded out by the aromatic zing of Ginger, the pungency of Garlic, and the salty, fermented depth of Soy Sauce. This combination creates an "Umami Bomb" that delivers an immediate savoury hit before the intense, creeping fire of the Reaper takes hold.

Founder’s Note

"The Reaper Jam is my answer to the 'all heat, no flavour' trend. By using tomato puree and soy sauce, we’ve created a jam that is almost more of a savoury relish. The smoke from the chipotle and the warmth of the ginger create a platform for the Carolina Reaper to really shine without just being a painful experience. It’s got a massive kick, but it’s the depth of flavour that will keep you coming back."
