Our Mexicana Kraut is flavoured with jalapeāĀ±os, lime, oregano and cumin for a sauerkraut you're going to want to eat with everything. If you've tried a latin-american curtido you'll love this slightly spice and flavoured-packed kraut!
Eat me with... quesadillas, salads, burritos, chilli or (and we highly recommend this) straight from the jar.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS = ALWAYS KEEP REFRIGERATED!
Once opened, push down on contents with a clean spoon or fork to allow brine to cover the vegetables. It's good practice to do this each time after you help yourself to a serving to keep the product good and fresh! We currently have an 11 month shelf-life on our products.
