We’ve used a staggering 61% fresh limes, salt-cured and tempered in a traditional blend of Mustard Oil and Corn Oil. This is a sugar-free, savoury powerhouse that delivers the authentic, sharp, and salty kick of a proper Indian Achaar.

 

Artisan Tempering

The depth of flavour comes from our meticulous spice blend. We use Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, and Asafoetida, layered with the smoky sweetness of Roasted Fennel Seeds, Cumin, and Fenugreek. Finished with a hit of Black Pepper and Chilli Powder, it’s a complex, multi-dimensional pickle that evolves on the palate.
