"I wanted this jam to have more depth than your average chilli preserve. By using apple as a base and adding ginger, weâve created a Jalapeño Jam that has layersâfirst the sweetness, then the fruitiness of the green peppers, followed by the heat and that lingering warmth of the ginger. Itâs a bit of a kitchen Swiss Army knife."
