The secret to this pickle lies in the spice blend. We useĀ Nigella, Mustard, Fenugreek, and Fennel seeds to create a textured, fragrant base. The addition of Asafoetida provides that essential savoury "funk," while Jaggery—a traditional unrefined sugar—adds a mellow, caramel-like depth that rounds out the sharp hit of Cider Vinegar and Chilli Powder.

"This is a pickle for the true garlic lover. We wanted to move away from the standard vinegar-soaked cloves and create something inspired by traditional Indian pickling.
