Caramelised Red Onion Chutney

Hot chutney with chilli (Heat rating 4/5)

Made with birds eye chillies, the kick comes at the end and packs more of a punch than most of the other varieties.

Try it in a salad with creamy goats cheese, and add to stir fries for a tasty kick.

Also: it's "the freakin' best thing!" :D
